Salary depends on experiance typically £20k – £25K

The job will be a mixture of home working and office based working. A typical week would be 2 days in the office and the rest of the week working from home once you have completed your probation.

All our staff are Microsoft, 3CX and Watchguard certified or on the path to certification and we actively encourage and cover the cost of this.

The office is based in Hockley Heath which is just outside Solihull and 4 minutes from the M42 Junction 4 motorway.

Helpdesk Manager x 1

Salary depends on experiance typically £30 – £35K

The job will be a mixture of home and office based working (Hybrid).

You primary role will be managing our existing Helpdesk team which consists of 9 people. We average around 100 tickets a day logged via the telephone or email. The suitable candidate would comfortable with the following roles:-

·Managing open tickets and assigning new tickets where required

·Conduct 3 month probation and annual reviews along with HR tasks

Sales Consultant

Salary up to £30K depending on experience

We are looking for an individual with a technical sales background.
Typically, the role will involve dealing with calls from our clients and solving their problems with IT solutions. This can be both existing clients and potential clients that find us via our website or PPC campaigns. The role can involve talking to existing customers over the telephone and face to face meetings at either our offices or our clients offices. You will also be expected to attend meetings for
potential clients that want to find out about our services or are considering changing their IT support to us.

The ideal candidate will be patient with a knowledgeable technical background. Previous experience with another MSP would be advantageous. You must be technical and understand our product range in order to effectively advise our clients.
