Pay-as-you-go IT Support Birmingham
A simple, contract-free, hassle-free IT Support service that enables you to purchase blocks of time that are ready to use whenever you need them. The time never expires and can be used for support, consultancy or even installation work. You can see how much time you have left at any point and, what’s more, we’ll automatically tell you when it’s running low so you know when to purchase a top up.
Managed IT
All our clients benefit from a managed IT service which includes anti-virus software which alerts our Helpdesk with any issues as well as performing weekly scans. We also take care of all the important security updates for your devices and servers whether they are in your office or in the cloud, using our remote monitoring software. Lastly our service includes full backup of your data that is monitored each morning by the Helpdesk in case any backups fail to complete. Complete peace of mind knowing we have you covered.
IT Manager
To further enhance your existing IT support contract with us, we also offer an additional IT Manager service, which provides you with a regular on-site visit from one of our certified, senior engineers to help tackle issues and offer advice.
