the client, a Stafford-based communications firm, needed to achieve multiple security accreditations including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and Cyber Essentials Plus to continue growing its national client base and meet stringent data handling requirements.

Their existing systems lacked layered protection and access control. The high-risk communications environment involved sensitive data transmission, a remote access model requiring strict control and auditing, no existing MFA, limited monitoring, and only basic firewall protection. Any solution had to integrate seamlessly with an internal IT team while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
