Stuart founded Leap I.T. in 2004 after being made redundant in 2001 and then doing contractor work. With an unwavering drive to create a business, he leveraged his extensive knowledge in the IT industry and his desire to help customers and provide unparalleled support. Stuart meticulously built Leap I.T. from the ground up, establishing a solid client base, assembling a dedicated team, and developing robust processes to ensure the company's smooth operation.

Hobbies: Stuart has a long list of hobbies which include football, motor cycling, fishing, badminton, nights out, dance music, camper vanning...a varied tapestry of everything, a classic jack of all trades and master of none in the hobby world!

Chris was a business owner in the IT industry in 2012, successfully securing contracts through his skills and determination. In early 2014, he reached out to Stuart at Leap I.T. after having had contact over the years and working in the same industry. The rest is history. Chris's appointment as Technical Director brought a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to Leap I.T. His technical expertise has been instrumental in accelerating Leap I.T.'s growth, introducing new product offerings to their customers.

Hobbies: Chris loves anything automation! He has built his own home automation. He also has an interest in FPV drones which he flies in his spare time.

Harriet joined Leap I.T. in 2019 at a point where the business was entering rapid growth. Harriet has played a key role within the business from starting her career here as Project Manager and then progressing to Operations manager. Under her leadership, the team has streamlined operations, improved efficiency, and maintained high standards of service delivery.

Hobbies: Harriet is a devoted mother of two and in her spare time loves nothing more than spending time with her family and friends and loves a good TV series when she has the time!

Rob joined Leap I.T. in 2020 when Leap was expanding. Rob has played a key role in his career here starting as Senior Engineer with his expertise and knowledge being invaluable to the team and then progressing to Technical Manager. Under Rob's guidance, Leap I.T. has successfully rolled out several large-scale projects, each characterized by meticulous planning and innovative solutions.

Hobbies: Rob enjoys spending his free time at the local Wetherspoons, where he can relax and unwind. He values quality time with family and friends, exploring new places, trying various cuisines, and engaging in outdoor activities.

Ryan joined Leap I.T. in 2022 as our helpdesk manager with previous experience in the IT industry. Ryan's leadership style is characterized by his hands-on approach and dedication to fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. He consistently seeks feedback from both his team and customers, using it to drive improvements and innovations within the helpdesk operations.

Hobbies: Outside of work, Ryan enjoys staying active, balancing his passion for exercise, gaming, and Muay Thai.

Adam joined Leap I.T. in 2023 as a sales consultant and with his skills and knowledge rapidly progressed to into the sales manager role. Adam's strategic vision and ability to inspire his team have been pivotal in driving the sales department toward continuous improvement and success. His innovative approach to problem-solving and keen market insights allows Leap I.T. to stay ahead of industry trends and effectively meet the evolving needs of customers.

Hobbies: When his not busy selling, Adam balances his professional life by watching football, spending time with his family, enjoying peace and quiet, and playing FIFA on the PS5.

Janina joined Leap I.T. in 2023 as our sales and marketing consultant. With 18 years of unenviable experience her skills and determination stand out. She listens to customers' needs and truly cares during every call. Believing in our company values, she trusts that Leap I.T. can make a difference for potential clients.

Hobbies: In her spare time, you'll find her in restaurants sipping wine, or throwing dinner parties for her family and friends also recently becoming a grandmother so now gets to enjoy the best bits!

Becci joined Leap I.T. in 2023, taking on the role of an office administrator. Her impressive skill set, and unwavering customer focus have quickly established her as an invaluable asset to the team. In her capacity, she manages customer contracts and addresses various queries, supporting all departments administrative work and always delivering exceptional customer service.

Hobbies: In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and visits the beach when the weather permits!
