We deployed a new Microsoft 365 Business Premium environment providing professional business email, Microsoft Teams collaboration, Office applications, Microsoft Entra identity management, Multi-Factor Authentication and secure device management, so staff could reach business systems securely from any location.

SharePoint document management

Given the sensitivity of HR data, we designed a SharePoint environment with clear separation of information. A directors site holds management information, financial records, strategic documentation and restricted content. A company data site holds shared operational documents, client information, internal procedures and team collaboration resources.

Security and compliance

A layered approach including managed antivirus, Endpoint Detection and Response, Microsoft 365 security controls, advanced email security, Security Operations Centre monitoring and Cyber Essentials aligned controls.

Backup and business continuity

Acronis Microsoft 365 Backup protects email, OneDrive data, SharePoint files and wider Microsoft 365 workloads, so business critical information can be restored quickly.

Ongoing managed IT

LeapIT continues to provide IT support, remote monitoring and management, security monitoring, device management, Microsoft 365 administration and strategic IT guidance.
