Leap IT in partnership with Muddy Boots software are rolling out a new QA system to Westland Nurseries.
Westland Nurseries grow and supply a range of food products to major supermarkets throughout the UK.
As part of the roll out we will be provisioning a new server to run the Muddy Boots software and providing a VPN link between all the branches to access the software remotely.
As well as linking all the sites together we will be creating a central data store and active directory infrastructure across all the sites. This will give everyone access to company documents and enable collaboration across all the branches.
We will also be taking advantage of the new fibre rollout by BT to the Evesham exchange. Normally branch links can be costly but with the new Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) works by BT we are able to get 10Mb links between the sites without the installation of leased lines.
